LEGAL NOTICE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Preliminary Budget of the Town of Sweden, Monroe County, New York for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the said Town, 18 State Street, Brockport, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular office hours.

            FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of said Town will meet and review said Preliminary Budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Town Offices, 18 State Street, Brockport, New York at 6:15 PM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.  Any person interested in the budget will be heard at that time, in favor of or against the Preliminary Budget for 2026, or any item therein.  Comments may be either written or verbal.  A summary of the entire proposed budget follows:
